Conveyor System Automation

Automation can vary on complexity and size when developing conveyor systems. KIMASTLE is interested in providing its expertise in conveyor systems and the world of automation. Reducing labor costs, decreasing footprint, increasing efficiency, maintaining organization, allowing traceability, and reducing risk of product defects are concerns customers may have when looking into a conveyor system. Cost effective solutions and flexible construction due to our in-house capabilities allow KIMASTLE to help customers bring their concept to reality.

KIMASTLE has built conveyors for complex assemblies, integrating robots, and many of its technologies to help reduce the future COP that our customers experience with labor intensive tasks. Sequencing and MES integration is a key factor when looking into this technology. In line production allows for flexible build to order requirements when targeting a JIT system for broadcast production. Tractability using vision systems and other methods of sensing help record historical DATA that can be used to protect our customers from defected parts that reach OEM assembly and stopping production. Recording the quality of the part and having the ability to root cause potential issues in production.

KIMASTLE has simulation software that will allow customers to visualize and understand target cycle times and functions of its systems. Providing a nurturing environment for complex projects allows KIMASTLE to ensure that large or small conveyor line systems are designed and built to the exact criteria that our customers demand with the feeling of security. In addition our large build floor allows KIMASTLE to run production on the machine before delivery, letting the customers have a hands on experience with their automation. This experience give the customer the advantage of making changes or teaching plant management personnel how to use and maintain machine.
